Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Handmade and custom-made products may require additional processing time.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
We may offer free shipping on selected orders or during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available) so you can track your package.

Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
Shringaarr is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
