Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Orders for custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Cancellation by Shringaarr

Shringaarr reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Payment issues or failed transactions
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

If we cancel your order, any payment received will be refunded to your original payment method.
